Live Blogging From Last Night's PA Debate

Pre-Debate--Hillary Has PA On Lock
Hillary banners and posters choke the streets surrounding National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. A lone female braves the Hillary crowd yelling, 'Obama! Obama!' I keep watching just to see if she's going to get jumped.

I can't believe the number of Hillary supporters here, compared to the few gathered for Senator Obama. Is tonight going to be a hands down victory for Hillary? Did Obama's recent "bitter" comment sway Pennsylvanians?

Crossing the street to get to a corner of huddled Obama backers , I run into a young British man who traveled with his girlfriend to America to spend two weeks campaigning for Obama. Now that's dedication.

But from the front of Constitution Center, it 's clear that this is Hillary land.

I pull one middle-aged White woman aside. She tells me that she's voting for Hillary because of her gender. She never even thought twice about Obama's controversial working class comments.

8:00 PM--Debate begins
After endless security checks I'm finally in the press file/spin room. Media's not allowed in the hall where the debate takes place. Instead we're in a separate holding pen where they allow us to watch the candidates from large TV screens.

Just one question into the debate and ABC moderator Charlie Gibson goes after Obama for the "bitter" comment that supposedly offended Pennsylvania's voters. Obama, as always, very carefully clarifies his message and initial intent.

Hillary, on the other hand, is getting in touch with her emotional side. After a quick skip through her childhood though, she grabs Obama by his Harvard tie and does not let go.

Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopolous try to change the topic. Obama's not hearing it. He again tries to clear his name. Ten minutes in and the battle is heated!

Meanwhile, back in the spin room only half of us are even paying attention - if that many.

9:00 PM--Is It Over Yet?
It's been nearly an hour of Hillary attacking Obama on everything from Reverend Wright to questioning his patriotism. I'm beginning to think this debate is openly biased! I don't know how much more I can take .

The candidates are finally switching gears. In this segment they focus on Iran, terrorism and Israel.

Hillary's not backing down though and again questions Obama's loyalty to the nation.

Next up: the economy. How insane is it though, that voters' number one concern isn't even brought up until well over half the debate is already over?
