Evidently good help is hard to find in T.V. Veteran news anchor Sue Simmons apologized to NBC viewers after dropping the "f" bomb when the wrong footage was aired as she did a tease for the 11 p.m. newscast on Monday.
The screen went momentarily blank following her outburst of "what the *bleep* are you doing?"
Later, during the newscast, Simmons apologized for using "a word that many people find offensive. It was a mistake I made and I'm truly sorry."
